Hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend so far. Yesterday was spent mostly relaxing while having a Keeping Up With The Kardashians marathon. Because I'm a sucker for reality TV.
I've said before that the weather here is very bipolar this time of year. Most of the day it rained, but then at the end of the day the clouds parted and the sun finally came out. We took full advantage and went for a 1.25 mile walk with Cassie. Supposedly, this sunny weather is going to hang around for a few days, which I really hope is true because I HAVE to get started on my 10K training.
OK, so yesterdays food log, is pretty good. Each meal was nice and healthy as were all my snacks. I always feel so much better the next day when I've ate healthy the day before.

Ok, so that was yesterday. Today is Mothers day so I will be treating it like a cheat day. We have plans to go for sushi with Ben's family for dinner, and I plan on pigging out. I will however do my best to keep track of all the deliciousness.
