I am a huge soup fan. I can drink soup happily all day J. I am really glad to share my soup recipe with all of you out there. Hope you will really enjoy my recipe.
Chicken stock(boil chicken in water 5 cups
add 2 cloves cook until 5 cups of stock is left)
chicken(best if it is with bone 250-300g
boiled and shredded)
sweet corn 2-1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper 1/2tsp
Food enhancer/chicken powder/Chinese salt 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
Soya sauce 1tbsp
Corn flour 2tbsp
Once your stock is ready. Beat an egg and add in chicken stock than add food enhancer in it boil it for a minute. On the other hand in a frying pan add a dash of oil add ginger garlic paste cook for a minute. Than add corn(u can blend the corn or if u like whole than just leave the way they are). Than add soya sauce, vinegar ,salt, black pepper cook it for few minutes than add chicken in it. Now add the mixture in the stock and in the end add corn flour (mix in water to make a paste) in your stock.
That’s it your chicken corn soup is ready to eat or drink or should I say both, J very confusing I know ;)
