What Jew Wanna Eat’s Amy has been coming up with TONS of Thanksgivukkah recipes. My favorite is Bourbon- and Coffee-Braised Brisket With Cranberry Sauce, which is no surprise, really, since both Jews and Texans have an extra-special way with brisket. Amy slathers a Texas-style rub on the meat and then braises it in bourbon and coffee for a few hours. A bourbon-spiked cranberry sauce makes it even harder to resist.
