Wholly wrap-a-mole!

Part of the fun of having a place of your own is complete control over the refrigerator! I’ve spent the last week (today is my one week apartmentversary!), stocking my pantry and fridge with all the things I love - and some new finds that have arrived on my doorstep!

Today, I am working from home, awaiting the cable guy. While at it, I have just concocted the yummiest wrap ever!

I included:

One chicken breast (leftovers from when I grilled chicken the other night)

One flax-whole-grain wrap

A scoop of Mrs. A’s Famous Salsa Buena (The “hot” variety - just arrived in the mail this morning and it’s seriously the best salsa ever)

A scoop of Wholly Guacamole (the “classic” variety - but I am stocked with all their flavors - it’s the most delicious and authentic guac you’ll find outside of jumping on an airplane)

I put all my fillings in my wrap and ate it cold - so so good that I can’t wait to try it again!
